Bag mix
Baking paper
Water
Salt

Pour the entire sachet into a large bowl.

Add a teaspoon of salt (4g) and 120ml of lukewarm water (4.1 oz)

Mix well then knead

Cover and leave to stand for 1? hours in a warm place

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and leave the baking tray in.

Form a baguette on the floured work surface

Place on baking paper and then on the hot baking tray in the oven.

Place a saucer filled with water on the hob, next to the baguette. (*optional)

Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy!
